What is a good website to design your own black hoodie? - make your own hoodie websites

I feel like in a black hood equipped with certain symbols of the original series PSone Oddworld DO. The problem is that from what I understand, Cafepress does not do everything, the "masked" black thing. So when it comes to fashion, my magic of Google is the best rookie.
